Cancelling a confirmed seat
To cancel, email dncc1969@gmail.com from the address you registered with, quoting your reference number (ISHA-XXXXXXXX). You can also message us on WhatsApp, but please follow up by email so we have a written record.
The cancellation terms that apply to your programme — including any deadlines and refundable amounts — are confirmed to you in writing by ISHA admissions when your seat is confirmed and before you pay.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method. GST is handled as required by law.
