  1. Arrive by 13:30 — sessions begin sharp at 14:30.
  2. Registration desk opens at 13:30 on the venue's ground floor.
  3. Carry a Government photo ID and your payment/reference number (e.g. ISHA-XXXXXXX).
  4. Collect your delegate badge, kit and POD-station allocation slip.
  5. Change into scrubs (provided) before entering the surgical suite by 14:15.
  6. Mobile phones on silent inside PODs; photography only with faculty consent.
